The room was a decent size and the location worked out perfectly for me. Unfortunately the bathroom was covered in a lot of hair—on the towels, in the tissue box, on the floor, all long black strands that were impossible to miss. The kitchen drawers were completely empty and we never saw any utensils.

Do not stay here—there was a bed‑bug infestation that left us covered in painful bites. My wife, I, and our service dog all woke up with severe bites and had to go to FastCare Urgent Care in Miami Beach, where the doctor documented the injuries. After we filed a complaint with medical evidence, the hotel management tried to mark our stay as a “no‑show” on August 6 to erase the record and block a review. They were eventually overruled, but corporate risk management ignored our medical bills and emails. This property is a serious public health hazard and shows complete corporate negligence. Stay away.

The free parking, proximity to public transport, and large room were positives, but the whole hotel smelled bad, the room wasn’t clean, and the air‑conditioning was too strong.
