The staff were very helpful and the facility felt welcoming, but the cleaning was somewhat lacking.

We stayed for one night; the room was great for the purpose—near the centre, clean, and roomy. The staff were helpful and offered to book a taxi for us early in the morning. The doors are thin and you can hear occasional corridor noise.

Great accommodation right in the heart of Ponta Delgada; the room was large and the shared kitchen was very useful and fully equipped.

I had an excellent time here! The place was spotless—cleanliness is my top priority, so I was thrilled 😅—and the staff were the nicest and most helpful I’ve ever met 🤍. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator and the sheer number of stairs 😂, but aside from that, I absolutely loved it!
