It was quiet, pretty quiet. I asked for a room with a bathroom, but the owner kept twisting words and told me I’d accepted a room with a private bathroom. In reality the bathroom was right next to the room but I had to leave the room to get there, which felt like a trick and a bit of a scam. They play with words.

Mateo greets guests warmly at any time, replies to messages quickly, and the room is spotless with a very comfortable bed. The city is very close—you can take a bus or walk 15 minutes through the Roman gate and charming streets from the hotel. We highly recommend staying there ❤️

The room was large, bright, and had a balcony, but it was noisy at night and wasn’t cleaned the second night.

Matteo is an outstanding host, always ready to help and answer any question. The rooms are spotless and tastefully furnished with vintage furniture. The atmosphere feels genuinely warm and well‑kept. I spent three very pleasant days at Rezidenza. Thanks!
