Everything else was fine, the staff were friendly and the room was clean, yet the parking situation was problematic: the spots were available but it wasn’t clear that they had to be booked in advance, and unfortunately all of ours were sold out. The breakfast area was too small; we had to specify our arrival times, but both times the room was full, so we had to take our breakfast in the reception waiting area. Also, the handling of some details felt odd: I had booked and paid through Booking, and on arrival I was asked to pay again because the computer still showed an open balance; I showed the payment in the app and that resolved it.
