The Hold feels like a home away from home – comfy bed, roomy bathroom, and a balcony that gives a killer mountain view. Breakfast was solid, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check‑in was smooth, and the hotel’s spot is perfect for skiers – the big gondola and LiveisLife festival are just a short walk away. I couldn’t find any downside.

We came the night before a snow run, hit traffic, and got to the hotel after kitchen hours. We called ahead and the staff promised a solution, and they served us generous portions of Alpine macaroons and salad. Everyone was friendly and attentive – truly great service. We’ll definitely come back.
