The front‑desk lady who checked me in was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional, a model for everyone else. The elevator, however, was painfully slow; I think it was the slowest one I've ever used.

I loved everything about the place. The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was tasty, and most of my family stayed there so we were all close together—what a great vacation.
