The staff were extremely kind and caring, and there was nothing else problematic except that only Airtel works—everything else, even GPay, is unusable, so bring an Airtel SIM.

The location is great and the staff are courteous, but the rates feel like a 3‑star price point, the room lacks air‑conditioning, and even the bedsheet quality feels like a 1‑star standard.

Everything was tidy and clean, the family‑friendly vibe was strong, and the staff and food were good.

The ambience was pleasant and the staff were friendly, but the complimentary breakfast selection is too limited and needs improvement.
