The cleaning staff didn’t pay enough attention before leaving the room; ours wasn’t vacuumed and the toilet was dirty. The front‑desk lady came and cleaned it up, and we mentioned to her that she should talk to the cleaning staff. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Parking was convenient and there was a fridge in the room. The furniture was outdated and the carpet was worn.

The location was good and easy to reach, and the staff were friendly. I would have liked some warm food for breakfast (eggs, breakfast sausage, etc.). It seemed the staff had forgotten to vacuum, as there were crumbs on the carpet, but otherwise the place was clean.

The pillow was the best I've ever had in any hotel—just the right thickness, perfect! The welcome was friendly and the facilities were good. The setting was pretty ordinary, but that worked for us since we were just passing through on the Trans-Canada Highway.
