The mattresses were very comfortable, and for the price the accommodation is nice, especially if you’re planning a short trip. There are both double and single capsules; we had both and everyone was comfortable. The location is great—just a few minutes to a huge shopping mall, 10 minutes by tram to the main square. The showers were clean, hot water was consistent (I’ve been in other hostels where the hot water was sometimes cold, which isn’t cool). There’s no reception, but the manager constantly reminds you with step‑by‑step explanations. The metal lockers for storing belongings are too loud, and the blinds are very noisy. The first floor was dirty (though I think that depends on who’s staying at the time). In the men’s toilet/shower the internal doors didn’t close, so when the main door opened, the ventilation blew into the room and it got a bit cold (the women’s was fine). There was a noticeable cigarette smell on the first floor.
