Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a disaster from the start. The photos I saw online bore no resemblance to the actual property, which was completely unsuitable for my family. Despite the reception staff's promise to refund my booking money, I've yet to receive it or hear from them again. The lack of communication and honesty was truly disappointing.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare, with the property's location and amenities being major issues. It was incredibly difficult to find the place, and the outdated photos didn't even show the actual entrance, which was located through a carpark alley. The water pressure was non-existent, and I had to repeatedly visit the makeshift front desk to get it working. To top it off, the bathroom was dirty and lacked toilet paper, making for a truly unpleasant experience.
