The only thing that was worth mentioning was the breakfast. The staff service was severely lacking; my wife had to wait at reception for an unreasonable amount of time simply because I hadn’t arrived yet, which made us feel very embarrassed. It seemed the hotel’s attitude is influenced by the type of clientele they expect and by frequent occurrences at the property. Whatever the reason, it’s unacceptable for regular guests to be treated in a humiliating way or met with suspicion. We expected a far more professional, friendly approach that matches the hotel’s claimed standards.
