Gangneung Hanbit Stay

The owner was great, sending the door code early via messages. You can do laundry and cook, which is awesome. The hot water is controlled by a wall panel; it would have helped to know that ahead of time 😅

“Sehr gut 👍”

Everything was fine except for no hot water. Otherwise it was really good; it’s a pity because everything else was excellent. All the essentials were there, from a rice cooker to chopsticks, and the room was really spacious. The beach is reachable by bus in about 25 minutes. Unfortunately, during the night we stayed there, there was no hot water for showers.

“這間應該沒有台灣人住過，簡單分享一下：結論是可以住，但老闆只提供韓國電話號碼要聯絡比較麻煩⋯洗澡要先按牆上的地熱遙控器！！（重點五顆星🌟）不然就會跟我們一樣以為沒熱水差點沒洗澡”

“Charming apartment”

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a good kitchen and a spacious bed. The staff were very welcoming, but for some reason we didn’t receive the apartment code and had to call. The man who answered the phone didn’t speak any English, yet his daughter ran over to let us in. Bus stops and the train station are nearby, and G25 and a crepe shop are just around the corner. The building itself is charming. The only downside was the lack of space to store our luggage—no wardrobes or cabinets.
