I just stayed at the newly refurbished hotel and the room was gorgeous, spotless and huge. The Turkish breakfast was spectacular. The place is in a prime spot – just a 10‑minute walk to Hierapolis and the hot springs. What really made the trip memorable was the warm, friendly hospitality, especially from General Manager Mel, who is hands down the nicest guy in all of Turkey!

The hotel sits very close to the entrance of the scenic area, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the owner was very welcoming and helpful. With the owner's assistance I booked a hot‑air balloon ride, which made up for missing out on a balloon in Cappadocia. I highly recommend this hotel – it’s fantastic!

The hotel is very pretty, beautifully decorated. The service from Manager Mel and all the staff is excellent. The company hired for a tour to Hierapolis and the pools never showed up and didn’t inform me that they had cancelled the trip. Mel immediately offered to take me to the site and gave me all the necessary directions. He also offered to drive me to the village centre for dinner and to bring me back to the hotel. The hotel is wonderfully decorated, very comfortable, the room is huge and lovely, breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of items, and the cleaning is flawless. I highly recommend it.
