I was missing an induction hob and a microwave.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, breakfast tasty and varied, close to the beach, and the parking was secure; the room was well equipped. However, the lock on our room door jammed, and even after the staff fixed it we spent almost three hours in the hallway late at night. The next day the reception behaved as if nothing had happened, with no apology offered.

The location right on the beach promenade and pier was great, but the room faced the hotel’s terrace where people were constantly sitting, peering into our room and it was noisy.
