This place has got some character, but unfortunately, it's not the good kind. The moment you step in, you can tell it's been neglected. I mean, I've seen cockroaches scurrying around in the corners, and the water seepage from the ceiling is a real concern. It's a shame, really, because with some TLC, this place could be something special.

I stayed at this little gem and was thoroughly impressed. The property itself is a peaceful oasis, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast spread was seriously impressive, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. The location is also a major plus, with the beach just a short stroll away.

Having stayed in Sri Lanka before, we had a good idea of what to expect, but this villa really exceeded our expectations. It's spotless, having recently been renovated, and there's no sign of damp or mold anywhere. The rooms are all well-maintained, and some even come with air conditioning. The staff are attentive and helpful, and our requests were always met promptly. We were even given a tour of the local beaches by the friendly Tusha.

The hotel's proximity to the beach was a major draw for me, and it didn't disappoint. The rooms were also spotless, which was a huge plus. However, the real downside was the sweltering heat at night - it felt like the air conditioning just couldn't keep up. Still, the location and cleanliness made up for the discomfort, and I'd consider staying here again.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely hotel, where the warm welcome from host Thushara set the tone for our stay. The room was a haven of cleanliness and comfort, and the food was a real highlight - the waffles and Sri Lankan breakfasts were incredible, and the evening meals we had were some of the best curries we'd had in three weeks in the country. The hosts were super helpful, arranging tuktuks to the beach and even booking an amazing ayurvedic massage for us.
