The place was very nice, clean and comfortable, and I wish I had more time to explore the area; it seemed to have some great food spots very close by, but the overnight parking was a bit of a walk away, which made carrying luggage and other items a bit of a pain—next time I’d drop off my stuff before parking.

The tram stop right outside made getting around effortless, and the little patio was a nice place to sip coffee. The whole unit felt self‑contained and I felt super safe the entire time.

The staff were genuinely helpful—quick, polite, and seemed to know the place inside out. My room was nicely decorated and the attention to detail was clear, plus I enjoyed a relaxing massage at a nearby wellness clinic. The location was perfect for my hospital visit the next day, with Uber rides under $20 and easy walks to Greenwood Park and bike rentals, but the side‑alley entrance felt a bit unsettling for a solo woman at night and could use a camera.

After dark the lighting is pretty dim, making the area feel a bit unsafe, and there’s no parking spot at the back for guests who need it.
