We enjoyed most of our stay here. The spot is cozy and close to many restaurants and the Sultanahmet area. Breakfast was a highlight: the area was pleasant, organized, and the variety was good; dishes were refilled quickly so fresh food was always available. We’re grateful to the three men who helped us regularly—though we can’t remember their names, they were friendly, professional, and attentive, and they made our stay better. The whole hotel team was welcoming and responsive. Unfortunately, Room 107 suffered from inconsistent housekeeping: the floor wasn’t cleaned properly each day, and sometimes the drinking glasses were left dirty. As we have allergies, this made breathing difficult at times. We told the staff, who listened and gave us fresh towels and followed up to clean the room. The reception and guest service were attentive and helpful throughout, so the issue isn’t their fault. Still, the housekeeping in our room didn’t meet expectations and hurt our overall experience. Proper cleaning should be standard, especially for allergy sufferers. The staff did their best to fix the problem, but the recurring issue was disappointing. Still, we thank the team for their kindness, professionalism, excellent customer service, and the great breakfast each morning. With more consistent housekeeping, this hotel could be even better.
