“I'll never stay here again. These people are so rude. I'm surprised they stay in business”

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. However, the phone didn’t even work. The staff were rude and suspicious as soon as I walked in the door. She asked for a credit card in a tone that implied she didn’t expect me to have one. She charged me a $100 cash deposit and refused to give me a receipt for it. If you’re a smoker, better go ahead and smoke in your room. They will take your deposit even though you inconvenienced yourself by stepping outside all night. Then, even though you have more time remaining in your stay, call the police for you going back into your room to sit and have a cigarette since they stole your deposit anyway! Rude rude rude

The location was great, but the room smelled like cigarette and the breakfast was not like other hotels.

“Wonderful”

I went there for a family reunion and it was close to everything I needed; it was in a perfect spot with all the essentials right there, and every time I come to Muskogee I stay with you all—this wasn’t my first stay and I’ll return, thank you. The only issue was that I was upstairs and I could hardly get up and down those stairs, but my daughter was with me and helped a lot; I’ve never stayed upstairs before, I was always down.
