The staff were genuinely friendly and the little pool was a nice touch, but the room felt a bit cramped without any windows and there wasn’t even a bedside lamp to read by. It was fine for a short stay, just wish the room had a bit more light.

The hotel has its own generator, which is a relief in an area where the power can be flaky. Laura and Alexandra at the front desk were on the ball all the time, and María made sure everything ran smoothly when we needed anything.

The pool was clean and well‑maintained, and the staff were friendly and quick to assist. On the downside, the TV never got any channels, the shower had no door and water sprayed all over the bathroom each time we showered.
