Nothing good. I paid for a room that I never got to use because, despite arranging with the hotel, my check‑in was 10 minutes late and the room had already been handed over to someone else. I ended up on the streets of Istanbul for the night. They assured me it was fine to be a bit late since my flight landed late.

The location was good. The terrace was a bit noisy, breakfast was okay, and the room had a window that looked out onto a narrow, dark alley.

The staff were super friendly and the owner was welcoming and helpful. The hotel sits close to the Metro station, T1, and Marmray, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood is also nice and safe. The place is great, the people there are nice and cooperative, they welcomed me warmly and gave me Wi‑Fi from the moment I arrived (it worked all the time while I was there). They helped with my luggage, and overall it was good and safe. The key was secure for each of us, and the hotel was near public transport, shops, tourist spots, a bank, and it was easy to move around. Breakfast at the hotel was tasty and filling, with tea, coffee, and water available all day, and the terrace was lovely ❤️

I recommend it for its price‑quality ratio. The triple room for four people is really cramped, with only an extra bed.
