We liked the continental breakfast and the shower had perfect water pressure, but children were left unattended in the pool area with no one noticing, and the room’s heating failed, leaving us freezing.

The room was spotless and roomy, and the breakfast was incredibly helpful, plus the pool the next morning was a nice bonus. However, the bed didn’t feel like a queen; it seemed smaller, perhaps a full by mistake, so I’ll mention this for my next booking and ask for a true queen.
The woman who prepared breakfast was cheerful, kind, and helpful, but there were no towels in the pool area and the elevator was broken.
“Why would you make windows that can’t be opened?”
The room was clean and affordable, but ventilation was practically nonexistent; the window wouldn’t open, and the AC was so loud you had to turn it off at night, leaving us sweating like in a sauna and totally exhausted.
“Beds pillows room and soaps and breakfast was alll five star”
They offered coffee and cocoa for kids, and the hotel is dog friendly. The downside was that pool towels were almost never available; after asking the front desk, an hour passed and we still had to hunt for towels ourselves.
