The front desk staff and the Tadao Ando architecture surrounding the hotel were nice. The spa staff were rude, the pool rates were absurd, the condition of the rooms was poor, the food in general was bad, restaurant prices were high, and it’s not convenient without a car.

The food was delicious and the view was amazing, but the pool required an extra fee.

The staff were extremely friendly and the room was comfortable; that red chair felt far more comfortable than it looks. I’d love to return in cooler weather and take another walk around the area.

Service was excellent, the place felt very clean and the breakfast was tasty. Because the buffet was busy, I barely got a chance to eat and left feeling like I didn’t really have a meal.
