“Awful did not unpack left next day can not recommend the company at all if this is the type of acco”

The van was in a total filthy state: oven racks and tray were rusty and still had food on them, the extractor was full of grease, food had splashed up the walls and ceiling, the bathroom was mouldy, blinds were broken and filthy, furniture was stained, the van smelled like decking, it was soft, sloping, bouncy, and the whole place was not fit for purpose.

“DISGUSTING. If i had seen it in person before paying, i would have never booked.”

The only positive thing I can say about this property is that it is true to size. This is the most disgusting caravan we have ever booked. We stay in Walton every year and stay in different places that have been amazing, but this is the filthiest place we have ever stayed. When I text the company listing everything below, they were extremely rude, zero apologies from them or the caravan owner, trying to pass me off to all sorts of different people, there was no care or concern which proves to me, this is just their standard. The mattress topper is stained with god knows what, it’s not something me and my family want to see when we go to put our clean sheets on. My 5 year old daughter found a bra in her room, clearly from the last person who stayed which makes me certain that a cleaner hasn’t even attended this place before we came. We also found shoelaces on the kitchen counter. Stains on every wall, hand prints, food smeers. We booked this caravan because it has a bath which would have been perfect for our 5 year old daughter but it is filthy with brown stains coming from the drain. How am I meant to get her clean in that? The remote is digusting. The kettle is covered in something all over the bottom. I washed it by hand and it still won’t come off. We can’t even have a cup of tea in the accomodation we paid for. Completely unfair. Same with the toaster, I will not be feeding my family anything that comes out of that. The kitchen is the worst. Everything is sticky. Old food on the sides. All utensils are unwashed and covered in old food. Same with the cups, glasses, plates and bowls. The whole place is run down and quite honestly, disgustingly filthy. There is just dirt and grime on every part of this place. I think is it extremely unfair after the price we paid. I took 20+ photos of the filth but unfortunately it is only letting me upload 4

It’s in a quiet corner of the park. It could use a few more kitchen items, like a baking tray and oven gloves.
