The proximity to the airport was convenient, but everything else was terrible—service was awful.

The internet was slow, and the all‑inclusive package left out many amenities while charging too much for a single night stay.

The island and the room with a private pool were very pretty, the food and drinks were good, and I loved the views; the hotel itself is beautiful. However, they push you hard to schedule your checkout time, which feels rushed even if they say it’s to help arrange transfers.
