The owner replied quickly, but the room wasn’t clean.

The room was very comfortable, but I booked with breakfast included and was later told I’d have to pay 35,00 per person to eat there.

Access and location were good, but the room was dirty, even a cock was walking around, the sheets and pillowcases were soiled. The host who rented the room was terrible at responding and didn’t reply promptly. Aside from that, the hotel is nice and the coffee is great.
