The staff were all very friendly and the hotel’s location is good, making it easy to get around. The breakfast room was noticeably dirty; used plates and dishes were scattered on many tables and nothing was cleared during our entire breakfast period. The breakfast staff worked alone and seemed overwhelmed, while several other employees were in the lobby. We had to clean our own table and chairs before eating. The bathroom in our room also fell short of expectations, with walls that looked heavily soiled and black spots in the shower cabin, leaving a very unpleasant impression.
