“Merveilleux séjour”

The site, upkeep, service, and handling of weather disruptions were flawless. The hotel is managed extremely well; kudos to the director and all the staff. The food was excellent, the maintenance impeccable, and the activities were superb. No negatives.

The kids’ facilities and food stalls were great, but the rooms were dirty and the food in the dining area was stale and unappetizing.

“Great value for money”

We arrived at the hotel at the end of September, booked it last minute because of the great price, and it turned out to be all‑inclusive with meals and drinks—including alcohol—available around the clock. Pizzas, pasta, and a bar by the pools, plus ice cream and crepes, gave us a very diverse and overall good food selection. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children, and they also offered boat trips, tours, and car rentals for an extra fee. We took the boat to Paxos and Antipaxos and it was great. The only downside was that some rooms were old and needed updating, but the staff moved us to a better room when we asked. At the beach, there were many sun beds but also a lot of seaweed, though it was still nice.

“בסדר”

The hotel had everything needed for a beach vacation: a private and large beach with sun loungers, bars, pizzas, and pasta, so we didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel. The beach was lovely, the staff were very nice, and the service made the rest of the experience less terrible because they really tried on my birthday—bringing a surprise cake that was tasty and a small bottle of wine to my room. The gesture was very pleasant, thank you! However, the cleanliness was poor. The room cleaner only tidied the bed and changed towels daily, but the clean towels smelled like they were washed only with water, and there was a lot of dust in the room that caused an allergy. I would have expected at least one change of linens per week during my stay. The floor was also dusty. But the worst was the food at the hotel. Aside from the pizza station near the beach and fries in the dining room, we had nothing to eat. We tried almost everything every day, but the food was inedible. The meat selection was low, the vegetables were tired, and there was no seasoning. The bed was hard, and I returned with back pain from the vacation. The birthday cake had a candle, but I didn’t know how to light it, so they should put matches next to it.
