The staff were friendly and the room was tidy, but the Wi‑Fi kept dropping out, which was frustrating.

The only hiccup was having to leave my suitcase out in the hallway after checking out; a secure luggage room would have been nicer, as I felt a bit uneasy with it just by the door.
