I liked the décor and the overall vibe, though the noise level is expected for a central medina spot; earplugs help. The price feels way out of line with the service, especially the bland, pre‑made breakfast and the boss’s lack of presence and indifference. The terrace is nice but dirty, with untidy tables and overflowing ashtrays. It could earn a better rating if it weren’t so expensive.

The location is great, the place spotless, breakfast superb, and the staff at Dar Sharif are attentive, friendly, and kind. I definitely recommend staying at Dar Sharif, and if we ever return to Tangier we’ll book again.

Right in the heart of the medina, it’s very clean, comfy, and exudes authentic Moroccan style. The welcome was excellent and very friendly.
