I need a more welcoming approach for regulars, especially after spending over £20,000 at the hotel; the staff under the previous ownership were extremely welcoming, whereas the new staff lack warmth and show no genuine interest in guests—just treating us like invoices.

The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of the U‑station and Sadler Wells Theatre, and the room is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and good sound insulation. At check‑in, the service was rather indifferent, lacking a friendly greeting or eye contact; the night staff at reception and the restaurant staff were all very friendly. The next day at check‑out, the experience was similar to check‑in.

I was exhausted from a long journey and the staff were incredibly kind, helping me with everything so I could rest quickly; they took good care of me and my luggage. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, the bed was very comfortable—exactly what I needed before my next journey, and they even let me check out late so I could recharge without rushing.

The hotel’s location was convenient and it had everything we needed during our stay; the rooms were clean and well laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide range of options and the service was excellent. There was nothing I didn’t like.
