This was a lovely hotel with quirky decor and quick access to restaurants, parks, and the central attractions. The breakfast area is on the 4th‑floor rooftop, which was a nice place to sit. The air‑con temperature was controlled by reception staff, and the room was quite compact.

The location is good. The carpet on the floor of the room is old and especially unhygienic.

The staff were genuinely nice, especially a Flemish gentleman who handled the service and was very friendly. The breakfast, however, was very pricey.

Probably one of the best choices in Perpignan. My go‑to place in Perpignan. The parking garage is not the most user‑friendly.
