The spot was spot on for us, a lovely part of Palermo that’s well served and easy to reach the center by bus. The garden was adorable, a quiet corner in an otherwise hectic city. Host Daniele greeted us, and luckily we never had to bother him even though we stayed right next door—no issues at all. A quick note to the kind host: the microwave didn’t heat anything the one time we tried to use it.

The staff were super friendly and quick to respond, even sending me messages in Chinese at first with a translator 😁 The daily cleaning kept the room and bathroom spotless. The only downside was the room layout: a large bed plus a bunk bed made the space feel cramped, and every time I passed the large bed I bumped into its corner 😂

The shower was really good. The toilet was very uncomfortable and if you’re small you won’t fit; the walls were dirty and the whole building needed maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone again.
