The view is stunning on a good day, and a few staff members were friendly, but the only reason we stayed was because of the Kolmården Djurpark, which was closed and no one told us beforehand. The food was disastrous, the “activities room” was shut for a conference, and the spa had very limited hours because of that same conference.
