The maintenance was solid, room service was excellent, and the staff were all polite.

The hotel is close to the railway station, but I struggled to find it because its real name is Hotel Rishi. The washroom had broken flush seats and no geyser; the uncle at reception, who reminded me of a khadus, refused to give us hot water for a bath and only handed us a rod. He initially assigned us a room without ventilation or a window, and after asking two to three times about a balcony and window, he finally showed us the correct room. There were no proper toiletries, the towels were used, the wardrobe was tidy, and they handed us a water bottle filled with tap water, claiming it was RO water. If you want a luxurious stay, avoid this place; if you’re looking for a budget private room, it might suit you.
