I liked the ambience, the service was polite, and the rooms were worth the price. Nothing else to add.

Everything was fine, checking in went quickly and the rooms were tidy. The Wi‑Fi, however, didn’t work.

I did not like anything. We booked well in advanced and even called the hotel twice to confirm our stay and they confirmed it both times. However upon reaching the hotel we were told that they don’t have any reservation in our name. There were 3 other families with the same problem. They had booked the hotel online and were told over the phone that their reservation is confirmed, but they too were denied any accommodation after reaching the hotel. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS FOR YOU’RE OWN GOOD

The property sits right in the city centre, very close to the bus stand and railway station. The staff were cooperative, services ran on time, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty and served on schedule, offering good value for money. The cleaning times for the rooms were inconvenient; better supervision is needed to streamline the process.
