The owner’s wife is very warm, always greeting with a smile, and she reassured me about leaving valuables like my DSLR in the room even though there’s no safe—she mentioned that the hotel has a lot of cameras and that she keeps an eye on the entrance and exit to ensure safety. The only quirk was that the lock on my balcony door was broken. The room rates are quoted in Lao Kip after converting from US dollars, but the exchange rate isn’t great (rates for this type of conversion are usually unfavorable).

“Highly not recommended”

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The design seems aimed at cutting operating costs at the expense of guest comfort, which is just foolish. What the hell is that surveillance camera?!

A pretty, small hotel that’s a bit dated. Don’t expect too much from the rooms, but the staff are outstanding—Anna and everyone else are consistently friendly, upbeat, and willing to help, which makes me recommend it wholeheartedly. The neighborhood has a club that plays extremely loud music from about 21 to 24 each night, so sleeping past midnight is impossible.

“The best staff, big room and comfy bed! Good location!”

The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever met—so kind! The room was large and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Having breakfast included was a nice bonus. The pool wasn’t the cleanest, but it was acceptable; it could have used pumps running at times to keep the water moving. The power outlets are mounted very high on the wall, so if you have short cords for phones or devices you’re in trouble 😂

“装修老旧，但是前台小哥的服务态度拉高了整体评分”

The front desk guy was super friendly, but the room décor feels ancient, and the shower head sits too close to the bathroom door—every time I shower, water drips through the gap into the room.
