The staff were very friendly and, despite the language barrier, we could communicate well with a translation app. Everyone was very accommodating. It would have been nice to have a bit more sausage at breakfast.

Ein relativ kleines Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Servivce hat unseren Aufenthalt in Istanbul ausgesprochen angenehm gestaltet. Das Personal ist nicht nur freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Tipps für gute Restaurants oder Informationen zum Aufenthalt sind nicht nur hilfreich und sehr wertvoll und empfehlenswert !!! An der Rezeption erhält man eine Checkkarte für die Nutzung öffentlicher Transportmittel, die man an der ersten Station nur noch entsprechend der individuellen Bedürfnisse aufladen muss, sehr einfach und einen EXTRA DANK hierfür. Saubere und komfortabel große Zimmer sind bei dieser Bewertung selbstverständlich. Letzte Erwähnung verdient das Frühstück, welches frisch und schmackhaft keine Wünsche offen ließ. Bei unserem nächsten Istanbul-Trip wählen wir genau dieses Hotel wieder. Dies ist keine Kritik !! . sondern nur ein Hinweis an potentielle Gäste: Wir kamen mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel und reisten auch mit dem Taxi ab. Wer öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wählt und mit erheblichem Gepäck anreist, sollte Treppen und Steigungen für den Weg von der nächsten Haltestelle einkalkulieren - was aber für Istanbul ganz normal ist
