When I arrived at the front of the hotel, an employee was throwing a dead rat onto the sidewalk opposite. Inside the room, the bathroom was very dirty, the shower worked poorly, and the bedside lamps were broken.

The reception was perfect and we were even able to check in early. The bedding was comfortable. The shower was difficult to set to the desired temperature and the water pressure was low.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the subway station was close and convenient. The elevator was just too narrow.

The mattresses for the double bed were comfortable. The room cleanliness was almost non-existent: floors had stains, dust bunnies behind the children’s sofa beds, dirty curtains, no place to store the shower towels which were also too small for adults, soap dispensers were half empty. We stayed in a suite! The photos on the website showed a larger room, but we couldn’t even move around and had nowhere to store our luggage.
