The room was nice. The maintenance on the facilities was poor, so the ventilation fan in the bathtub was noisy. An office building was right in front of the room and there were no curtains, so I couldn’t close them.

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, and it was perfect if you’re on a budget. The staff handled our door issue quickly. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. We were fine with a two‑day stay, but wouldn’t stay longer. The room was a bit too cramped for the two of us. We know Japanese rooms are smaller than European ones, but this was the smallest we’ve stayed in and it felt quite claustrophobic.

The hotel sits close to Hiroden Teichō Station and the area is full of convenience stores and restaurants, which I liked. When I found that the toilet was leaking, I called the staff and they swapped my room. However, the new room’s toilet would refill after flushing, taking a very long time and being extremely noisy. The bathroom vent also seemed old and produced a lot of noise.

The hotel was next to an elementary school, giving me a sense of safety. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better here than at any other place I've stayed.
