This place is superb and very reasonably priced; everything from staff to breakfast, room service, housekeeping, room, location, and food is excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here—it's a great property that feels like a five‑star hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in August 2026 and was truly impressed; it’s a boutique hotel that looks better in person than in the reviews. The maintenance is good, the staff are helpful, and I found it very reasonably priced during the off‑season. The neighborhood is clean, the hotel is close to Taj East Gate Metro station, and the food is excellent with many options. Breakfast items taste great and come in plenty. As a tourist, I was happy to stay here.

I didn't find anything good here. The swimming‑pool steps feel unsafe and could cause a serious accident. The restaurant overcharges – a cold drink can that should cost 35 rupees was billed at 90 rupees, more than double the MRP. The overall experience feels like a fraud and I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel itself is decent but it needs cosmetic repairs and upkeep. The staff were very welcoming.
