Everything about this place is enjoyable. Don’t believe anyone who says you can’t reach it by public transport. A bus from Ostuni train station runs at certain times, including early in the morning at 6 or 7 am, otherwise only in the afternoon. The area is beautiful, close to Cisternino and Alberobello, which are also reachable by bus or inexpensive tour buses from Bari. My only regret was not arriving earlier because I was told I’d need a private taxi or a rental car. You’ll have to transfer in Ostuni to the Cisternino bus for public transit; make sure you have 2 or 3 euros in change for the bus. The area is Martina Franco. The host also sold me the best bottle of Cab Sav I’ve ever had.

The building is beautiful and well detailed in a very quiet area. Domenico was extremely kind and attentive, gave us local recommendations, and accommodated our requests. It was a pity to stay only one night; it deserves a longer visit.
