The location was unique with a great view, the staff were extremely courteous, and the experience felt truly beautiful and romantic—no wish was left unfulfilled. Monaco and Nice are only a few kilometres away, making it a superb base for day trips.

The sea‑view apartment and infinity outdoor pool were spectacular, yet the bar and restaurant staff seemed to assume that only couples or those just wanting a drink would be there, which felt off, especially since the spa and outdoor pool bar closed at 6 pm and I was told no service when I arrived earlier. I couldn’t use the spa because I checked in too late, and the reception didn’t inform me of the early checkout window from 10–12 pm, which disrupted my airport taxi pickup. Overall, the venue is breathtaking with sea views but needs better customer service.

The hotel’s location is truly exceptional and the pool is extraordinary, but for a high‑end hotel the pool was icy—some heating would have been welcome. The restaurant offers a magnificent panorama, yet the staff were incompetent: this morning for 15 tables, 3 were occupied and 10 had not been cleared, and there were packaging bags lying on the floor. Service was slow, and there were too many details that made me hesitant to recommend this expensive hotel.
