This hotel is great! The location is very good, within walking distance of several MRT stations yet still very quiet at night. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, Wi‑Fi works perfectly, and there’s a proper coffee machine in the lobby for guests along with a water refill station. The staff were helpful. Overall, it’s a great value for the money and I hope to stay here again! The facilities look a bit dated, but that wasn’t a big deal for me.

The free upgrade turned out to be a nightmare; I was not from Taiwan and the room was infested with bedbugs. A large male bedbug openly crawled around the bed at night, proving an ongoing infestation. The staff were guilty, offered a refund immediately, and tried to cover it up.

The price was cheap. The place wasn't particularly clean; I used it just to get back to bed. Trying to connect to WIFI was frustrating because the signal didn’t work, which was annoying.
