The room was beautiful and the pool lovely, with well‑maintained facilities, but it was a shame that the gourmet restaurant was closed.

The setting was amazing, the room was beautiful and well equipped, but the restaurant was mediocre, expensive and the service was bad. We weren’t told that the fairways couldn’t be watered because of ecological rules, which isn’t their fault but they could have mentioned it and adjusted the price. The practice was out of order and we had to pick up our own balls. The pro‑shop was out of stock (not even tees) despite the very friendly saleswoman doing her best, which was far below expectations. The gym was very mediocre.
