The front desk handed me two key cards that wouldn’t open, which was unprofessional for a luxury hotel and really lowered my rating. The gentleman who delivered my luggage was helpful and quickly came down to replace the cards, but if only the guest had to go up, it would have been rude, especially with an elderly family member accompanying me.

The room was clean, the food was tasty, and the view was great, but the dining time limit of 70 minutes felt rushed.
