Everything was generally fine—staff, reception, rooms, restaurant, and so on. The breakfast could have been like what most hotels offer with a Swedish‑style buffet.

The small hotel offers good value for money. The terrace in the room gives a mountain view, and the atmosphere feels like home in a charming Balkan province. The staff are welcoming and speak Russian. Breakfast is decent, though not a buffet. The only downside is its relative distance from the city center.

There is no variety in breakfast and no comfort in having hot or soft drinks. The location is unsatisfactory. Everything was bad for us.

The room and bedding were comfortable, the welcome was good, breakfast was fine, parking was in front of the hotel, and it’s close to the town and restaurants.
