“2night stay”
Walking to the beach was a real treat, with plenty of space for the kids, but the showers were subpar and the overall toilet facilities weren’t very pretty.
“Beautiful place and very nice staff”
The spot is gorgeous, and the owners and staff are super friendly and helpful.
“It was such a pleasant surprise. I will definitely stay again”
I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and warmth of the campsite, especially considering the late October weather. The staff, particularly Carol, were extremely welcoming and kind. However, I would have appreciated the convenience of having a handwashing facility closer to my accommodation.
The place is absolutely fabulous!
“Lovely site & staff”
Well kept grounds and clean, basic facilities provided/accessible on site. A safe, friendly environment for all types of guests (especially those with children). A nice play area/park with bonus of climbing wall, wooden wigwam/shelter and small obstacle course. Fabulous service in the cafe, lovely food and good coffee! Our 2nd time staying at the shepherds huts, and we intend to continue visiting this gem of a site. Our only negative was a milk carton left behind in the cooler box from previous guests, expiring from a while before our date visiting. Didnt at all deter us or impact our visit as these things happen, and appreciate its easy to forget to look in there as not all guests may use it - or indeed clean after use themselves as they should really do
