Breakfast was outstanding and the food was fantastic—we ate there every meal and never let down. Afaf, the morning manager at breakfast, was very helpful and kind, doing everything possible for us. Omar, the concierge, was a huge help setting up the TV for Prime Video and was always ready with a smile to solve any issue. All staff were gracious and eager to help at any time. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The rooftop view and pool were spectacular. The breakfast was huge. Cleanliness was impeccable. Everything was perfect.

When we arrived, the hotel was already closed. Three days before we could not reach the establishment by phone or email; the only message we received was four days before, warning of a water network problem.

The breakfast was amazing—you can’t leave hungry! Falafel, cheese, fruit, breads, Brazilian coffee, tea, juices, omelette—everything you want! Service everywhere was superb. The food was wonderful, especially dinner where I had steak and a friend had jumbo shrimp; the chef is brilliant. The beds were very comfortable, the room lovely and beautifully designed, as was the whole hotel. The kindest Egyptian hospitality makes this a real sanctuary, quiet and rejuvenating with great pyramid views. The spa was lovely—jacuzzi, two saunas, massage room, etc. A perfect start and stay for enjoying Cairo’s treasures. Nothing to complain about.

The place was quiet, clean, and welcoming, with an amazing view of the pyramids from the room, pool, and restaurant; the spa was very beautiful. Security and surveillance at the entrance, air conditioning, and a perfect location for visiting Gizeh and GEM.
