The cleaning lady was very kind, the place looked good overall, and it was very quiet, but the advertised heated pool was cold, they wouldn’t let us bring food in, my kids were eating potatoes on the loungers and were told it was forbidden unless we bought food there, the pool needed maintenance because I slipped on broken tiles, and the lights dimmed a lot, which they said was normal.
