I didn’t like anything about this place. I was given a room that smelled like cat urine even though I don’t have pets, only one outlet worked and it was in the bathroom; they had an extension cord from that outlet with the mini fridge, TV, and microwave plugged in (fire hazard!). The floor was sticky with footprints everywhere. Both towels were just rolled up on the rack with tons of hair on them, and the toilet was disgusting—cleaner porta‑potties look better. For almost $100 ($95.59) a night that was absurd. Nobody was at the desk even though it says 24/7 support; this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

I had a roof over my head next to Prescott Junction and got there ahead of schedule. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room.

The hotel was easy to find and close to the work destination. The mattress was broken and lopsided, the floor was sticky and dirty with visible grime, and the chairs were dirty too. The top of the bed was covered in dog hair and the sheets were stained with muddy dog prints, and the room smelled awful.

Niets. De kamer die we toegewezen kregen was ontzettend smerig. Wij terug naar de receptie en kregen een andere kamer via een dame op een beeldscherm, maar ook die kamer was ontzettend vies. Weer terug naar de dame op het beeldscherm en had al aangegeven geen vertrouwen meer te hebben maar we moesten een derde kamer nogmaals proberen maar ook die vreselijk vies. De vloer plakte en was heel erg vervuild. Het beddengoed was smerig en vond het vreemd dat er geen slopen om de kussens zaten dus dat wil dan zeggen dat ze de kussen in het geheel zouden moeten wassen. Maar het stonk gewoon. We zijn vertrokken en betaald ons niet de kamer terug. Ze willen me afkopen voor 16 euro schandalig. We hebben toen halsoverkop nog een ander motel moeten gaan zoeken en kwamen echt vrij laat bekaf aan. Ik ga dit aanvechten want ik heb recht op een schone kamer en die konden ze mij niet leveren
